What is Reiki?

According to the latest scientific studies, the universe and all that exists in it are made of vibrations also known as waves. This concludes that we are surrounded by vibrations; in fact, we human beings are made of these waves as well. Reiki is one of those vibrations that fills the universe. Amongst many kinds of vibrations, the existence of a high-level wave that can heal illnesses and bring peace of mind has been recognized since ancient times. This wave is known as Reiki. Reiki is a gift from the universe. It is the wave of Love, Harmony, and Healing. Reiki resonates with heightened human awareness, and it leads us to health and happiness. Reiki-ho is a technique to utilize Reiki to make our lives peaceful, fruitful, and valuable. Reiki-ho starts with hand-healing techniques. Its goal is to enhance our own waves so that we would not resonate with negative vibrations such as illness, worries, anger, and anxiety.

Reiki-ho is not only a physical healing technique, but also a spiritual practice which helps one raise one’s level of consciousness and create a meaningful life. A variety of techniques which employ Reiki have been created to that end.

Usui Sensei taught Usui Reiki Ryo-ho openly in order to share the joy and happiness of Reiki with as many people as possible. While making progress in your Reiki practice and devoting yourself to the healing of others by means of Reiki, you will naturally advance on the path of happiness. This is the true spirit of Reiki.

What is Gendai Reiki Ho?

The purpose of Gendai Reiki Ho is to heal the mind and the body while supporting spiritual growth. This is the essence of Reiki-ho. Gendai Reiki Ho is not a new Reiki system, just a new way of modern-day people to practice Usui Reiki Ryo-ho. More precisely, Gendai Reiki Ho is the modern version of Usui Reiki Ryo-ho.

Gendai Reiki Ho focusses on healing and the conscious practice of self-purification and self-growth techniques in order to enhance the resonance with Reiki. Its goal is to achieve automatic, unconscious, natural or effortless resonance with Reiki. When one maintains full resonance with Reiki day after day, throughout the day, one’s life becomes truly healthy and peaceful.

Level I Sho-den

Purpose: Healing training (Techniques for Wellness)

Contents: Acquiring Reiki healing ability

Opening the pathway through which Reiki flows and acquiring basic knowledge and techniques. Practicing hand-on healing yourself and people close to you.

Level II Oku-den

Purpose: Healing training (Techniques for Wellness)

Contents: Improving Reiki healing ability. Improving the quality and strength of the flow of Reiki by means of the symbols and learning advance techniques in order to practice Reiki healing for the benefit of many people.

For those who have completed Sho-den level Seminar and have been practicing at least 6 months since the Attunement.

Level III Shinpi-den

Purpose: Spiritual Growth (Techniques for Happiness)

Contents: Aiming for the first step towards the state of inner peace. Understand Usui Sensei’s teachings and learn how to attain true happiness.

For those who have completed Oku-den Seminar and have been practicing at least 9 months since the Oku-den Attunement.

Level IV Gokkuikai-den

Purpose: Spreading the Light of Reiki. Becoming a Certified Gendai Reiki Ho Shihan.

Contents: Emphasis is placed on your own personal practice and the teaching of others in order to enhance the quality of their lives.

For those who have completed Shinpi-den Seminar and have been practicing at least 1 years since Shinpi-den Attunement.

The Gokkuikai-den Training takes 1 year in which the future Shihan is asked to gain experience in teaching Sho-den, Oku-den and Shinpi-den techniques.

When concluding the Attunement & Training Seminar, the Reiki practitioner will receive in hand the Official Gendai Reiki Ho Manual written by Hiroshi Doi Sensei and the corresponding certificate of attendance as well as the lineage.

The Gendai Reiki Ho practitioners will be invited to redo the future Seminars of their level to revise the contents and reinforce the practice free of cost.

The Gendai Reiki Ho Attunement & Training Seminars will be conducted by Natalia Addiechi Shihan, Member of Gendai Reiki Network, 5th in her lineage:

Natalia Addiechi started her journey into the spiritual path in 2004 as a Yoga practitioner. In 2007 she was attuned to Usui Reiki level 1 and became a Reiki Healer. Later in 2008 she completed level 2. Searching for a purer lineage, she found Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Reiki system founded by the Grand Master Phyllis Lei Furumoto, the granddaughter of the Grand Master Hawayo Takata who introduced Reiki to Western World. She received her attunement to Usui Shiki Ryoho First Degree in 2010 and Second Degree in 2011. Her lineage in the most prestigious Western Reiki system is: Mikao Usui Sensei– Chujiro Hayashi Sensei– Hawayo Takata Grand Master– Phyllis Lei Furumoto Grand Master -Miguel Angel Sotes Master-herself.

However, she still had the feeling that Reiki was much more than a healing technique. She had the intuition that something was missing in the system, that Reiki should help the practitioner to grow spiritually.

In 2013 Reiki led her to Gendai Reiki Ho, the Traditional Japanese Reiki. She found that the true teachings of Mikao Usui Sensei were focussed on the self-purification and self-growing in order to enhance the resonance with Reiki to live a peaceful and fulfilling life. She received the attunements to Gendai Reiki Ho and after five years of daily practice she became Shihan (Senior Master) being 5th in her lineage: Mikao Usui Sensei – Kanichi Taketomi Sensei -Kimiko Koyama Sensei -Hiroshi Doi Sensei -Pedro Marano Shihan -herself.

In February 2018 she attained the state of “Anshin Ritsumei” that’s why she left her comfort zone in Argentina to move to India to heal the community as the first step in her life mission path.
