Gong Puja
Gong Puja is an extended, immersive Gong experience traditionally held throughout the night. Participants remain comfortably resting while the sound and vibration of the gongs continue through the night, creating an environment for deep relaxation, contemplation and rest.
The Gong Puja tradition is closely associated with Don Conreaux, one of the five original Kundalini Yoga teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in 1969. Don Conreaux developed and taught the Gong Puja as part of his Gong Yoga of Holistic Resonance tradition.
Natalia Addiechi, founder of Heal India, is certified in Gong practice by Don Conreaux and has extensive experience working with gongs in both wellness and performance settings.
A Night Immersed in Gong
Gong Puja is designed as a group experience. Participants arrive with their sleeping bags, blankets, pillows or other comfortable bedding and settle into a suitable space for the night.
The continuous presence of the gongs creates an immersive sound environment in which participants can rest, sleep, meditate or simply listen.

On-Site Group Experience
Gong Puja is offered exclusively on-site and for groups. It requires a suitable indoor venue where participants can remain comfortably throughout the night, with sufficient space for both the participants and the instruments.
Because of the preparation, transportation and overnight nature of the experience, Gong Puja is a specialized offering that must be arranged in advance.
