By booking or participating in a session, workshop, training or other service provided by Heal India Complementary Therapies Private Limited (“Heal India”, “we”, “us” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Heal India provides professional wellness and complementary therapy services, including Sound Healing, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, Reflexology, Bach Flower Therapy and related wellness workshops and experiences.
Our services are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing, self-awareness and personal development. They are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.
Clients should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition, medication or other health concern.
2. Appointments and Booking
Appointments and individual sessions must be booked in advance.
A booking is confirmed only after the required registration and payment arrangements have been completed.
Appointments are reserved specifically for the client and for the agreed date and time.
For individual sessions, bookings should generally be made at least 48 hours in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Punctuality
Punctuality is important for both online and in-person sessions.
Clients are expected to be ready at the scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled duration of the session. The session will normally finish at the originally agreed time.
For online sessions, clients are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device and quiet environment and for joining the session on time.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible.
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for individual clients, last-minute cancellations, repeated rescheduling or failure to attend may result in the session fee being retained or the appointment being treated as completed.
Any exception is at the discretion of Heal India and may be considered in genuine unforeseen circumstances.
5. Group Sessions, Workshops and Events
For group sessions, workshops, corporate programs and events, the agreed date, time, duration, venue and other arrangements are confirmed in advance.
Any specific cancellation, postponement or rescheduling conditions applicable to a group or organizational booking will be communicated as part of the booking agreement.
Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions relating to safety, venue use and the smooth running of the session.
6. Professional Boundaries
All Heal India services are strictly professional and non-sexual.
Heal India does not provide sexual services, massage parlour services, “happy ending” services or any other services of a sexual nature.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking or session if a person's behaviour is inappropriate, disrespectful, sexually suggestive, threatening or otherwise inconsistent with a safe and professional environment.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing Heal India in advance of any relevant physical limitations, injuries, medical conditions or other circumstances that may affect their participation in a session.
Participants should follow the instructions provided during the session and should stop participating if they experience discomfort or feel unwell.
Heal India does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional or therapeutic outcome from a session.
8. Fees and Payments
Fees are communicated at the time of booking and may vary according to the type of service, location, duration and number of participants.
Payment must be made according to the payment terms communicated for the particular service.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.
9. Changes to Services and Availability
Heal India reserves the right to modify its services, fees, availability, schedules or terms when necessary.
For an already confirmed booking, any significant change will be communicated to the client or organization concerned.
10. Privacy
Personal information provided to Heal India is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Clients should not share confidential information about themselves or other individuals during group sessions unless they are comfortable doing so.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for or participating in a Heal India service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on this website will be the current version.
